Job description

Most people start their mornings with coffee that leaves them jittery, crashing, and running on empty. Everyday Dose exists to fix that because people deserve a morning ritual that actually feels good. We make functional coffee, matcha, and creamers that deliver calm energy, steady focus, and real well-being. No crash, no jitters, no gut issues. After serving more than 1.3 million customers and expanding into national retail, we're hiring driven, thoughtful people who want to help redefine how the world starts its day at scale.
The Senior Art Director is a core creative leader on our new in-house brand team. You will partner with our Creative Director, writers, and designers to concept and execute monthly brand-level campaigns that define the future of Everyday Dose.

This role blends high-level conceptual thinking with hands-on execution. You will help shape the visual language of the brand, build the look and feel of monthly campaign launches, direct photo and video shoots, and guide communications across every channel. We are looking for a senior-level creator who wants to help architect a brand from the ground up, someone who can bring strong ideas, refined taste, and the ability to execute with clarity and confidence.

What You'll Do

Co-lead creative concepting for monthly campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and cultural opportunities

Own and evolve the visual identity of Everyday Dose across all channels and customer touchpoints

Build campaign moodboards, styleframes, and visual systems that guide the look and feel of each launch

Lead art direction for photo and video shoots including shot planning, casting guidance, visual tone, and on-set creative leadership

Oversee campaign execution across paid media, social, email, web, packaging, and retail

Design key campaign assets while directing additional internal or external designers

Collaborate closely with writers and cross-functional partners to maintain a unified story across all creative

Partner with the Producer to maintain a monthly creative cadence, executing one campaign while concepting the next

Maintain brand consistency and creative cohesion through thoughtful critique and quality control

Incorporate performance insights and customer feedback into future campaign development

Bring an agency-level creative standard into a fast-moving startup environment
