Job Description

Co-Ho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency inside the Beauty division within P&G. We are seeking an Associate Creative Director (Art or Copy) with strong conceptual skills to create effective and award-winning short-form advertising for some of the most loved brands. We are looking for an "idea machine" who knows a bad brief when they see it and can help fix it.

This role is for someone who loves advertising, knows its history, and has extensive agency experience working on a variety of diverse brands. You will be tasked with leading advertising campaign work for some of the biggest brands, well-versed in production and how to bring ideas to life.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading big brands and creative teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive creative excellence across TV, print, digital, social, radio, OOH, and activations. Strong presentation skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Work with the latest tools to be on the forefront of new ideas and new means of producing them. Prompting skills are a must.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Creative Direction: Provide strategic and creative direction for all projects. Review and approve campaign work, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Present creative concepts and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Identify and resolve any workflow issues.

Why COHO? Why P&G?

You'll get the creative freedom of a startup with the resources and brand portfolio of P&G's Personal Care division. COHO gives you:

  • High-Impact Work: Your AI-powered content will reach millions of people across some of the world's most recognized beauty and personal care brands
  • Pioneer a New Discipline: Be part of the team defining what AI-driven content creation looks like at scale for a Fortune 500 company
  • Creative Ownership: Shape how COHO uses AI and prove its value through real results on real brands
  • Cutting-Edge Tools: Access to the latest AI platforms, creative software, and the budget to experiment with emerging technologies
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside talented DPs, editors, CG artists, and Creative Directors who are eager to integrate AI into their workflows
  • Volume & Variety: Work across multiple brands, platforms, and content types. You'll never be bored.
  • Brand Portfolio: Work across Secret, Olay, Native, Gillette, Ivory, Safeguard, Herbal Essences, and more

Job Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in art direction or copywriting with at least 3 years in a leadership role at the Associate Creative Director level in an agency.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Ability and experience being a "player coach." Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Advertising Fundamentals: Deep understanding of advertising fundamentals including positioning, target audience psychology, the buyer's journey, and conversion-focused messaging. You should know the difference between awareness, consideration, and decision-stage copy-and how to write effectively for each.
  • Channel Expertise: Experience writing for both digital and traditional channels with platform-specific expertise. Understanding of SEO principles, character limits, accessibility best practices, and how copy performs differently across social media platforms, email, paid search, and display advertising.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Strong conceptual thinking ability-you're not just a wordsmith but a creative problem-solver who can develop big ideas that work across entire campaigns. Experience collaborating with art directors and contributing to concept development is essential.
