Job description

Description

For more than 40 years, All Classical Radio has been one of the nation's premier independent classical music and arts media organizations-connecting audiences to extraordinary music, artists, and cultural experiences through broadcast, streaming, digital content, live performances, and community engagement.
Today, All Classical is experiencing an exciting period of institutional growth. Strong audience engagement, record levels of community support, and significant investments in our future-including our new headquarters in downtown Portland-have positioned the organization for its next chapter. All Classical Radio is ranked 5th for audience share in the Portland DMA and is the 2nd highest performing classical station in the country. We are expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and creating new opportunities for businesses and community partners to invest in one of the country's most trusted cultural institutions.
As one of the highest-performing classical radio stations in the United States, All Classical serves hundreds of thousands of listeners across Oregon and Southwest Washington each week while reaching millions more worldwide through streaming and digital platforms. Our momentum creates tremendous opportunity for a strategic revenue leader who is energized by building partnerships that fuel both business success and public service.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting moment to join All Classical Radio.
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Director of Corporate Support to lead the continued growth of our corporate underwriting and sponsorship program. As the organization expands its audience, digital offerings, community presence, and institutional footprint, corporate partnerships have become an increasingly important driver of both financial sustainability and mission impact.
This role is ideal for a relationship builder who enjoys opening doors, creating strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable revenue growth. A vibrant arts city, Portland has one of the highest rates of arts engagement in the country, with roughly 74% of adults attending a performing arts event annually (ranking only second to Denver). You'll inherit a strong foundation built over four decades while having the opportunity to expand into new markets, develop innovative sponsorship opportunities, and help shape the future of corporate engagement for one of America's leading arts organizations.
Success in this role requires someone who combines consultative sales expertise with curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with businesses, community leaders, and internal partners to design sponsorship solutions across broadcast, digital, events, podcasts, and emerging platforms. You'll also use data, audience insights, and CRM analytics to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and consistently exceed revenue goals.

More than a sales leader, you'll serve as an ambassador for All Classical Radio-building partnerships that enable greater access to the arts while contributing directly to the organization's continued financial strength and long-term growth.
Key Competencies
We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors, and turning possibilities into partnerships. You are energized by ambitious goals, comfortable cultivating executive-level relationships, and motivated by growing revenue for an organization with a powerful mission. You see opportunity where others see limits and enjoy creating customized sponsorship solutions that deliver value for both clients and community.

  • Manage all aspects of Nielsen ratings, including regular reporting to management and staff, data analysis, trend forecasting, etc.
  • Collaborate on annual and monthly sales/traffic/marketing strategies
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client contracts, using CRM and database systems to document relationship history including correspondence, agreements, and opportunities
  • Assist with account collections; track financials and receivables, in collaboration with Finance team
