At Marco's Pizza, we're continuing to expand our footprint across the country-and we're looking for a strategic, data-driven Development Marketing Manager to help fuel that growth. This role sits at the center of our franchise development efforts, leading B2B marketing initiatives, driving lead generation, and partnering closely with sales to convert interest into opportunity.

Position Summary:
The Development Marketing Manager is responsible for managing Marco's B2B marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns. This role partners closely with external agencies, internal marketing teams, and franchise development to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and support franchise recruitment efforts through CRM, analytics, and targeted communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize B2B marketing expertise to identify new audiences and opportunities for franchise growth in collaboration with agency partners
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the marketing agency to develop creative assets, lead generation strategies, blogs, PR releases, website updates, and trade publication materials
  • Coordinate legal approvals and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards across digital and print channels
  • Partner with the sales team to support lead generation initiatives through CRM management, lead analysis, and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage the Franchise Recruitment budget, including projections, planning, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation in partnership with Accounting
  • Plan and execute trade shows and promotional events, including logistics, materials, and staffing coordination
  • Conduct competitive research, identify market trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Make informed, day-to-day business decisions to support marketing and development objectives
  • Develop campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize channels and messaging based on data insights
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations confidently to leadership and franchisees

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B or franchise development environments

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing timelines
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • High level of personal accountability and ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence engaging leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing analytics
  • Franchise industry experience is a plus
