About the Role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teacher who will guide our students using the Creative Curriculum framework. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in children.

Qualifications:


✔️ Associate’s Degree (AA) in Childcare, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (preferred)
✔️ Experience with the Creative Curriculum (preferred)
✔️ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔️ A genuine love for working with children and supporting their growth

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons using the Creative Curriculum
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with families and staff to support each child’s learning journey
  • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers to ensure program quality
