NOBULL is looking for a Senior Copywriter to help bring our brand to life across every consumer touchpoint. This role is for a versatile storyteller who can move seamlessly between big brand moments and everyday marketing needs, developing campaign concepts, crafting product stories, and writing the copy that connects our products and mission with our community. 

Working closely with the Senior Manager, Copy, this person will be a key creative partner in shaping how NOBULL communicates through every channel. They'll own projects from brief to execution, help apply and evolve NOBULL's voice, and bring creativity, clarity, and consistency to the work. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker and hands-on writer, someone who can develop the big idea, write the headline, and make sure every detail lands. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling copy for integrated campaigns, product launches, CRM, paid media, social, web, eCommerce, and brand initiatives.  

  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear, impactful consumer messaging.  

  • Own copy development from concept through execution, bringing ideas to the table spanning messaging frameworks, headlines, product positioning, and final deliverables. 

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Copy and broader creative team to concept, refine, and deliver work that moves the brand forward.  

  • Help apply and evolve NOBULL's voice, ensuring every piece of communication feels intentional and true to the brand. 

  • Provide thoughtful feedback and QA support to ensure copy meets a high creative standard.  

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with a high degree of ownership, knowing when to make decisions independently and when to collaborate.  

  • Contribute to a strong creative culture by sharing perspective, collaborating with teammates, and championing clear, consumer-first storytelling. 

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of professional copywriting experience spanning brand, marketing, advertising, agency, or in-house creative teams.  

  • A strong portfolio showing range in brand storytelling, commercial copy, integrated campaigns, and consumer communications.  

  • Experience writing for eCommerce and CRM, including PDPs, PGPs/PLPs, site content, email campaigns, and promotional messaging. 

  • A versatile writer who can move between big-picture campaign thinking and high-volume everyday marketing needs.  

  • Experience partnering with designers, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.  

  • Understands how great copy balances brand storytelling, consumer connection, and business impact.  

  • Ability to take feedback, contribute perspective, and advocate for strong creative decisions.  

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.  

  • Low ego, high ownership. Someone who takes pride in the work, supports the team, and gets things done. 

$85,000 - $120,000 a year
The base salary range listed here represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.  The range listed is just one component of NOBULL's total compensation package for employees.  Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses.  In addition, NOBULL provides a variety of benefits to employees, including 100% employer paid health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision), Health Reimbursement Arrangement, Flexible and Health Spending Accounts, life and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, 12 paid holidays a year, an unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy (with PTO available for both vacation and sick time purposes), and parental leave benefits. All eligible employees receive an award of incentive units under the company's equity incentive plan.
