As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) services to a diverse workforce ensuring all human resources practices align seamlessly with our broader organizational and strategic goals. Your role will require a balance of strategic workforce planning, cultural development, and hands-on operational execution. Supervisory Responsibilities:
None initially; must possess the ability to work independently and manage cross-functional HR initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to design, implement, and optimize workforce strategies that solve organizational issues and support corporate growth.
  • Partner with leadership to establish, evaluate, and maintain competitive wage/salary structures, pay policies, and comprehensive benefits administration.
  • Actively measure employee morale and satisfaction, developing and implementing targeted initiatives to elevate the overall employee experience.
  • Provide critical HR metrics, labor pricing data, and recruitment strategies to support federal business development and proposal efforts.
  • Manage and facilitate end-to-end US immigration processes (including H-1B, green cards, J-1, and F-1 visas) in direct coordination with operations teams and external immigration counsel.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; continuously review, develop, and update company policies to adhere to industry best practices.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and facilitating an impactful orientation and onboarding experience for qualified candidates.
  • Advise management and staff on complex HR issues, resolve sensitive employment-related inquiries, and manage conflict resolution with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Assist with bimonthly payroll processes and maintain meticulous, confidential personnel files, records, and internal documentation.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of federal government contracting processes, compliance standards, and proposal support environments.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of direct experience managing US employment immigration processes (Green Card, H-1B, J-1, and F-1 visas) required.
  • Senior HR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) highly preferred.
