Purpose of the Role:
To ensure the assigned reporting Cherry Coatings Office Locations are meeting overall goals and objectives, delivering profit expectations as well as growing and developing staff throughout time.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish amp; maintain a people first culture always focused on CORE VALUES
  • Ensure daily operations of departments consistent with CHERRY COATINGS guidelines and procedures.
  • Understand and ensure reporting managers are meeting the needs of all customers as well as employees. Address satisfaction issues promptly with City Leader.
  • Ensure management team assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for each city
  • Develop strategic plan, forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
  • Meet goals and metrics
  • Hold City Leader Accountable for budget and allocation of funds
  • Bring out the best of region personnel by providing training, coaching, and motivation focused on developing well rounded leaders
  • Participate in hiring of core roles
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Share knowledge with other locations and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Construction 7+ years, 3+ years construction office manager preferred.
  • Deep experience in the commercial coatings space.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction or business management preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Flexible Schedule, punctual and able to work 7-4:30; Saturdays as needed
  • Strong work history amp; reliable transportation
