Responsibilities

As the Associate Director/Digital Producer, you’ll helm a digital-based production engagement, partnering closely with creative, account, media, and project management teams and overseeing complex digital productions. The client in question has a large volume of creative needs, including master asset production and local adaptation and transcreation for display, digital OOH, OLV, and social channels. On a day-to-day basis, this role entails:

  • Building relationships with the agency and client and becoming a trusted partner on digitally focused opportunities and projects
  • Delineating and establishing the elements and phases of digital production, including roles and responsibilities, process maps, workflow, timing, quality control, tracking and archiving work, and trafficking/distribution
  • Proactively thinking of ways to improve team communication and developing processes that lead to more effective collaboration
  • Acting as a conduit between creative and production/technology; serving as the primary point of contact with other creative agency teams, media, content partners, and digital studio (onshore/offshore teams)
  • Organizing all project requests and assets so that they can be easily tracked and updated as needed; partnering with the BA team to ensure all assets have ADIDs and that usage and talent are appropriately managed

  • A four-year degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Seven to 9 years as an account manager and/or digital producer, with considerable creative production/agency expertise

  • Creativity and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Experience in and full working knowledge of all disciplines of agency production (with an emphasis on digital media)
  • Demonstration of leadership, confidence, and a positive attitude at all times
  • Senior client-facing skills integral to the position (relationship management and technology/digital production knowledge)
  • Listening, mediation, and issue-resolution skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and diverse talents
  • Familiarity with prompt-driven interaction and generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Claude, Runway, Firefly, Eleven Labs) is a plus for ideation and content generation.

You are the right person if you:

  • Possess a strong work ethic and accountability
  • Exude positivity
  • Can laugh when things get tough
  • Have been complimented on your organizational skills
