Group Exercise Instructor - Genesis Health Clubs (Louisville, KY)

Do you have the energy to light up a room and a passion for fitness that's contagious?
Genesis Health Clubs is actively hiring Group Exercise Instructors of all disciplines - yoga, spin, Pilates, aqua aerobics, cardio, strength, and more - across our Louisville locations. Whether you're certified in one format or several, we want motivators who can move a room and inspire change.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead dynamic, high-energy group fitness classes that members look forward to.
  • Bring the beats, the flow, the fire - prepare your music, equipment, and moves in advance.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and results-driven environment for all participants.
  • Represent the Genesis culture of motivation, professionalism, and care.

What We're Looking For:
  • Certified Group Fitness Instructors (any discipline - we value variety!)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • At least 1 year of experience leading group fitness classes
  • Strong presence, confidence, and the ability to coach all fitness levels
  • A love for community, energy, and helping people transform their health
