Job Overview:
CRDN of the Midsouth is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Restoration Team Lead to join our growing team. The Restoration Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating restoration projects, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion. This role involves supervising field technicians, managing project logistics, and maintaining communication with homeowners.
Job Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be comfortable working in challenging environments following fire, water or wind damage
  • Restoration experience: 1 year preferred
  • Must speak English and Bi-lingual is a plus

  • Reports directly to Project manager and communicates all issues and changes to them
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of field service tasks
  • Follows all procedures and guidelines per training protocols
  • Attends and participates in daily WIP meetings
  • Communicates professionally and builds a relationship with homeowners
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team
  • Follow written instructions specific to each job and lead your crew to success
  • Correctly prepares all paperwork for signatures from homeowner and turns all documentation in to the production manager at the completion of the job
  • Take photos to document preexisting conditions
  • Manages deliveries to make sure that all boxes and items are placed back into the correct room and technology is used to do so
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times
