We are looking for individuals who have customer service experience, consistent
positive attitude and a friendly personality to fill our Cashier/Gas Attendant/Customer
Service position. The job includes assisting customers at the registers, daily stocking of
products and cleaning in the store. Associates also help customers resolve any issues
or concerns they may have.
This positions also requires cleaning the premises, emptying trash barrels, and anything
else it takes for the gas station convenience store facility to run successfully. We strive
to make sure all customers have a great customer experience, all employees are
required to be outgoing and very friendly towards the customers. The position is in-
store, open 24 hours and every day, all year long. Days, nights and weekend shifts
available. Must be able to work some nights weekends and Holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
 Greet customers as they enter store or are on premises.
 Assist customers at payment stations for gas, register or on the sale floor.
 Direct and instruct drivers on gas pumps.
 Deliver excellent service to all customers including resolving complaints and
answering questions.
 Operate cash register and process all payments.
 Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the entire car wash and site
facility.
 Empty trash cans around gas, diesel, and the facility daily.
 Complete other duties as assigned by Managers.
 Dress according to dress code..
 Stay off any electronic devices/phones (unless there is an emergency.)
 Cleaning of registers, sales floor and store equipment, and site daily.
 Friendly, outgoing attitude with customers.
 Communicates in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
 Seeks advice from Managers when necessary to resolve customer complaints

Environmental & Physical Requirements
 Must be able to stand for long periods of time
 Must be 18 or older due to selling of Tobacco and Alcohol
 Driver's License (Preferred) or has reliable transportation

Location Operations:
 Maintain site cleanliness and any food standards if working in kitchen.
 Completes duties as assigned by management

Loss Prevention and Safety:
 Strict compliance of cash handling procedures and shift accounting.
 Adheres to safety procedures and loss prevention policies designed to maintain a
safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand,
reach, and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently
lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
