This is how you will grow:

Ensure compliance with FMVSS 305 and 301 standards. In this role, youโ€™ll lead HV wire routing, protection, and fuel system safety strategies, supported by CAE crash simulations and validation testing. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape safe, innovative EV and ICE platforms while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

  • Drive decisions for HV wire routing, protection, and cut-off times to ensure compliance with FMVSS 305 performance requirements across regulated and non-regulated crash modes.
  • Lead decisions for liquid fuel system packaging, design, and protection to meet FMVSS 301 performance requirements in regulated and non-regulated crash modes.
  • Analyze CAE crash simulations to identify issues with HV and liquid fuel systems and propose corrective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the HV battery team to identify and mitigate risks within HV batteries under both high- and low-speed impacts.
  • Develop comprehensive test matrices to validate HV and liquid fuel system robustness.
  • Support testing teams in ensuring accurate and high-quality data collection.
  • Prepare post-crash documentation detailing results, observations, and required actions.
  • Communicate test results effectively to cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
