Office Administrative Assistant
The Office Administrative Assistant is tasked with overseeing day to day Missoula office operations and supports a variety of other administrative work, as needed.
This is a Casual position. That means you'll be scheduled to work between 12-16 hrs/week.

Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant
Status: Casual, Non-Exempt, Hourly
Reports to: Administrative Manager
Location: Onsite, Missoula, MT
Pay: $25 - $27 per hour
What you'll do:

• Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a productive working environment for on-site staff.
• Coordinate office services, including office equipment maintenance, supplies, food deliveries, and vendor relationships.
• Support the planning and execution of team gatherings and events.
• Manage internal communications related to administrative matters and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate freelancer contracts, including tracking signatures and liaising between internal teams and freelancers.
• Regularly check and manage physical mail, voicemail, and company email inboxes.
• Manage computer and accessory inventory for employees, including ordering, configuration, and distribution.
• Manage small projects and other duties, as assigned.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• At least 2 years prior experience in office management, administration, or a related role required.
• Highly proficient written and verbal communication required.
• Discretion in handling confidential information required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Forms required.
• Experience with basic IT support tasks strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry office supplies/deliveries (up to 50 lbs) and to work at a desk/computer for extended periods.
