compensation: Salary/Rate: $15.50 to $21.50/hr DOE

Busy repair company is looking to hire a detail-oriented Service Technician to maintain and repair issues in commercial and residential buildings. The Service technician will be skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing basic plumbing, electrical, door and window repair, welding, and other handyman requests. The Service Technician will work closely with Operations and on-site management to complete work order requests.
Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and execution skills, in addition to being able to work well independently or in a team environment.
Service Technician Responsibilities:
 Report to customer sites to fulfill work order requests;
 Identify and repair issues relating to the work order;
 Work with Ops Manager and office staff to ensure work order compliance;
 Interact with on site staff and management;
 Perform repairs promptly and efficiently;
 Ensure compliance with standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act;
 Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer’s requirements.
Service Technician Requirements:
 Must have a Valid Driver’s License;
 A minimum of 3 years’ experience in service technician or similar role;
 Available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings;
 Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs. on a regular basis;

 Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques;
 Effective problem-solving abilities;
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
 Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks;
 Must supply own tools.
Location: Tucson AZ, will travel in company vehicle.
Terms: Full time, permanent position.
Salary/Rate: $19.00/hr+ DOE
