Position Title: BDC Outbound SpecialistEmployment Type: Full-Time (Remote)Work Requirement: Minimum of 40 hours per weekPosition OverviewThe Service Business Development Center (BDC) Outbound Specialist serves as a liaisonbetween automotive dealerships and their customers. This role focuses on developing andmanaging customer relationships to maximize appointment scheduling through outbound phonecalls and external platforms such as Kelley Blue Book, Autotrader, email, and othercommunication channels.The BDC Outbound Specialist may assist in multiple operational areas as needed to ensureexceptional customer service and support dealership objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesThe following duties represent the essential functions of the role.
