The role of a Contract Compliance Administrator will involve working alongside HR, Delivery and the Contract Compliance team to deliver high quality screening and onboarding solutions for our clients and candidates. Working alongside an accomplished team, you will support with the completion of vetting and onboarding processes to meet client requirements across Davies Specialist Services, Consulting and Davies Group businesses. The development of close working relationships with candidates and the delivery team will be a key part of the role to effectively communicate the Davies compliance processes and meet and exceed our candidates and clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and adhere to all compliance requirements related to the placement of temporary workers and contractors
  • Liaise with candidates, delivery team and client managers to maintain an effective vetting and onboarding relationship
  • Comply with Davies client vetting requirements ensuring all candidates are fully compliant before their start date. To include but not limited to:
  1. Correct verification of candidate Identity and I-9 Employment Eligibility
  2. Verification of screening documents for correct check submission
  3. Obtain the relevant information, referencing and documents in line with the clients' vetting requirements
  4. Resolve any non-conformances/ queries/ issues with documentation and escalate internally as appropriate
  5. Report on progress, issues and developments, escalating problems in a timely manner
  6. Management of contracts
  • Resolve candidate concerns and queries
  • Ensure adherence to Data Protection policies and confidentiality procedures
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date placement records for contractors in Bullhorn
  • Reconcile Intime client approved timesheets against Payroll information
  • Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including managing correspondence, and organizing files
  • Maintain at least a 96% and above quality assurance score

Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location, which may impact the final offer.
