What You'll Spend Your Time Doing
  • Serve beer and beverages with accuracy and enthusiasm
  • Educate guests on beer styles, flavors, and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area
  • Open/close tabs and process transactions accurately
  • Monitor guest experience and ensure responsible service
  • Support team members to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For
  • Passion for craft beer and guest experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible and attentive with alcohol service
  • Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy environment
  • Ability to lift up to 165 lbs (kegs, cases, bar supplies) and perform repetitive motions (pouring, reaching, bending)
  • Previous bartending or service experience preferred
