Location: Mesa, AZ
 

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled and motivated Electrical Assembly Specialist to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and repair of electrical wire harnesses and assemblies used in advanced aerospace applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in building high-quality products that support mission-critical aerospace systems.


What You'll Do Wire Harness Fabrication & Assembly
  • Fabricate, assemble, modify, repair, and test production and prototype wire harnesses
  • Build electrical assemblies and panels to engineering specifications
  • Perform wire cutting, measuring, routing, stripping, crimping, soldering, and heat shrinking
  • Work with various wire lengths, gauges, and electrical components
 Use Specialized Tools & Equipment
  • Operate equipment such as:
    • Wire strippers
    • Crimping tools
    • Soldering irons
    • Heat guns
    • Wire cutting and identification machines
  • Utilize measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality
 Quality & Compliance
  • Inspect assemblies for workmanship and compliance with specifications
  • Utilize quality management systems to document non-conforming parts and processes
  • Ensure all products are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD)
  • Maintain required certifications and training
 Technical Documentation
  • Read and interpret:
    • Blueprints
    • Drawings
    • Sketches
