Job description

Contract Solutions is looking to hire a Schedule Delay Consultant Consultant for its office in Pawleys Island, SC. Contract Solutions LLC is a consulting firm specializing in preparing and defending construction claims. We provide expert consulting services, including schedule delay analysis, disruptions & lost productivity analyses, Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs), damages assessments, contract administration, and construction management issues among others.
Job Description: Must apply strong analytical, technical and communications skills to assist in forensic schedule delay analysis. Must gather project data from various sources and produce detailed as-built schedules for construction projects. Candidate will also review schedules for conformance tot he specifications, contract and employ basic scheduling protocols.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an industry-specific field and related work experience. Construction industry experience is a plus. Must possess and demonstrate a proficiency of CPM Scheduling, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. Periodic travel may be required, but it is usually less than 5% of the work year.
