Job Summary

Help support the Overhaul Help Desk, being a direct liaison with customers. In addition to supporting operational activities and new business activity. In this role, you will be responsible for answering help desk inquiries from customers, creating customer activity reporting, supporting new customer launches, and day to day operations activities as required. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer Help Desk phone calls and emails primarily from OEM customers and their dealerships
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Overhaul platform, primarily focused on Finished Vehicle 
  • Provide/support on-line or F2F training for new customer or capability launches 
  • Identify system issues or capability enhancements 
  • Create/administer customer KPIs 
  • Support ad hoc operational needs (ETA analysis, locations, etc…)
  • Support new business development pursuits (Proof of Values, Customer Meetings, Conferences) 
  • Provide a high level of transparency and communication across the organization
  • Support Customer Facing Lead to drive production adoption and value creation within responsible accounts


Qualifications

  • A vital part of the role’s competence is communication
  • Outstanding written and verbal ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
