Job description:
Cowboy Kush Dispensary Broken Arrow is seeking a knowledgeable detail-oriented Budtender to work in our store. Budtenders are responsible for educating Cowboy Kush patients about the effects, benefits, and overall experience of cannabis products.
Your Cowboy Up Characteristics:
* You are passionate about providing outstanding customer service delivering an exceptional experience to each patient
* You are knowledgeable and up to date on cannabis products, medicinal effects, and new products.
* You are a good listener! You are able to listen to the patients- then educate our patients by offering knowledge and experience through a consulting and recommending several relevant and effective product options.
* You seek education opportunities to improve product knowledge with new strains, products, promotions
* You work well within a team environment and autonomously or with little direction
* You are familiar with how to operate a POS system including digital scales.
* You are detailed oriented to ensure an accurate and timely check-in/out process.
*You take pride in your personal appearance and the store appearance. You participate in actively maintaining a clean welcoming space for patients and your fellow team members.
