POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Practice role serving patients across the lifespan
• Predictable weekday schedule supporting provider balance and long-term stability
• Collaborative clinical environment with strong administrative support allowing focus on patient care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000
• HRSA student loan repayment eligible site
• Relocation assistance available case by case
SCHEDULE
• Predictable weekday outpatient schedule
• Outpatient-only clinical setting
• Approximately 2–3 patients per hour
ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
• Manage preventative care, chronic conditions, and acute visits
