At Soul Foodies Covington, located in the heart of Decatur, GA, we are all about serving up delicious, scratch made, soulful dishes that bring people together. We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional food and service to our community.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Kitchen Manager, you'll be at the helm of our kitchen operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan and organize food preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours.
  • Monitor inventory and food costs, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages or waste.
