Description HUMAN RESOURCES JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Human Resources Professional (Generalist or Manager Level) Eureka County is recruiting for a Human Resources position. Depending on the qualifications, education, experience, and demonstrated competencies of the selected candidate, the position may be filled at either the Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Manager level. The final classification and salary placement are subject to the County's classification review, budget availability, and Board approval, where applicable.

Examples of Duties HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates must submit a resume and cover letter indicating qualifications for the desired position. Qualifications Option 1 - HR Generalist Bachelor's degree is preferred 1-3 years progressively responsible HR, or administrative experience in public sector No supervisory experience required Option 2 - HR Manager Bachelor's degree is preferred 3+ years professional experience developing HR programs, policies, labor relations, etc. 2 years supervisory experience preferred (or equivalent combination of training and experience) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities IMPORTANT NOTE: Salary will be determined based on the classification assigned after evaluation of the successful candidate's qualifications and in accordance with available funding and County policy.
