Job description

DESCRIPTION
We're looking for an enthusiastic barista to join our growing team!
To be considered, you must provide a video cover letter. Please include a 30 to 60 second video detailing your interest in working with the Human Bean.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers, in accordance with customer requests
  • Follow proper payment handling procedures
  • Keep location inviting and clean
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior experience as a barista is admired, but not required
  • Exhibit good manners, neat appearance, and proper personal hygiene
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • An outgoing personality with good verbal communication and basic math skills
  • Must be willing to work between 30 - 40 hours per week.
  • Must be available between the hours of 4:45 am to 10:30 pm
