Join the A-team leading operations at AmeriLux and help shape and grow your own department. You will own a full department and grow it across the things that matter: safety, quality, delivery, and cost while helping your team chase their true potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily production output against schedule and demand
  • Safety of every person on the floor, including OSHA compliance and incident response
  • Product quality and scrap or rework rates
  • Labor planning, staffing levels, and overtime control
  • Direct supervision, coaching, and performance management of the production team
  • Department budget, cost per unit, and equipment uptime
  • Continuous improvement of process, layout, and throughput

Requirements
