Our Legal-Litigation department seeks an experienced insurance subrogation attorney for our Columbus, Ohio, location.

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 annually.  Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities.  Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. 

 Be ready to:

  • Aggressively pursue subrogation recoveries in Ohio courts

  • Subrogation of insurance payments
  • Autonomously pursue and litigate subrogation matters.

Be equipped with:

  • Ohio law License 
  • Strong academic and professional credentials;
  • Five or more years of experience in subrogation and/or insurance defense litigation;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain an autonomous insurance litigation caseload;
  • Some jury trial experience and a record of litigating civil matters from beginning to end
