  • Document Architecture: Draft, proofread, and format complex legal pleadings, motions for relief from stay, proofs of claim, collection notices, and foreclosure documents.
  • Electronic Court Filing: Manage, monitor, and execute electronic filings across North Carolina state civil courts and federal bankruptcy court systems (CM/ECF).
  • Docket & Deadline Control: Systematically track statutory deadlines, maintain active case calendars, and administer electronic scheduling systems to ensure strict compliance with court rules.
  • External Coordination: Serve as a primary firm liaison conferring directly with Court Clerks, Administrators, Sheriff's Departments, and opposing parties to advance execution and foreclosure processes.
  • Information Governance: Maintain immaculate digital and physical filing structures, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and proactive follow-up on all outstanding required actions.
