As the Senior Product Manager - Tech, Creator Products at Audible, you will be responsible for supporting one or more of Audible's creator products including the Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX), one of the largest spoken word audio marketplaces in the world.

You are an entrepreneurial product thinker with proven experience building and launching creator or consumer-facing products at scale. You are a data-driven leader, with experience establishing and measuring impactful KPIs and working through complex problems. You are a natural collaborator, with experience aligning multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams

You are an independent problem-solver that can confidently lead teams through ambiguity. You are customer obsessed and excited to build products for creators, including authors, publishers, and narrators.
As a Senior Product Manager - Tech, Creator Products, you will...
- Advocate for, and obsess over Audible's creators acting as the authority for creator and customer experience
- Communicate and write functional requirements, partnering with various product marketing, UX and insight stakeholders
- Use lean development tools, like experimentation and rapid prototyping, to drive teams towards strategic product decisions
- Develop and own a product roadmap, demonstrating a strong focus on KPIs and measurement
- Frame and lead discussions with key business and technical stakeholder to assess opportunities, make data-driven recommendations, and build consensus ahead of important investment decisions
- Find the right opportunities to innovate and skillfully balance big ideas with incremental impact, enhancing the experience with the right combination of essential and magical elements for your customers
- Manage dependencies and unblock your teams to optimize discovery and delivery work
- Proactively communicate product metrics and insights, showcasing a deep understanding of how your features are benefiting customers and the business
- Support building the long-term strategy and roadmap for Creator Products, helping to set the vision for how Audible supports global creators
- Identify new end-to-end Creator Product opportunities across creation, growth, and monetization, while driving alignment through tradeoff discussions that produce actionable decisions
- Continually monitor industry trends and technology advancements to ensure Audible is delivering the highest value for our creators' evolving needs
