Job Description:
Apex has an immediate need for an Instructional Designer/Content Creator with experience creating learning content for corporate functions (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and manufacturing.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
  • Deep understanding of Instructional Design Principals (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
  • Experience using Articulate tools (Storyline, Rise)
  • Experience developing engaging eLearning content
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and IT/Business leaders to design, develop and deliver employee learning materials for all levels of a global enterprise organization

Responsibilities
  • E-learning Development: Assist in creating interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with learning objectives and Global Content Standards.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and organize instructional content for course development.
  • Support the upload and maintenance of courses and curriculums within the Learning Management System (LMS-SuccessFactors), ensuring smooth access and functionality for learners.
  • Apply foundational instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure and sequence course materials effectively.
  • Conduct thorough testing of e-learning modules across devices and platforms to identify and resolve technical or content-related issues.
  • Review course content regularly and implement revisions based on stakeholder and learner feedback to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain version control and documentation of course development processes and materials aligned with Global Content Management Strategy to ensure organized and up-to-date records.
