Are you an experienced driver with a knack for organization? Reliable Dental Lab is seeking a dedicated Dental Lab Courier / Driver to join our team in Las Vegas.
About the Role
As a Driver/Dental Lab Technician at Reliable Dental Lab, you will be responsible for transporting dental cases between locations and handling various tasks related to cleaning, preparing for shipping, and managing confidential information. Your role is crucial to the smooth operation and financial success of Reliable Dental Laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Driving: Transport dental cases to and from assigned locations, ensuring the safe and secure handling of all items. (4 hours+ Driving per day)
  • Maintenance & Cleaning: Maintain a clean workspace and perform daily upkeep, including cleaning denture pans and preparing shipments.
  • Documentation: Shred confidential documents, including HIPAA-related paperwork, and handle case notes and warranties.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Data Entry: Enter cases into system daily
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: One year of driving experience, preferably in the dental, medical, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using personal devices; experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix Enterprise) is a plus.
