Job description

Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM for a full-time 8-hour shift, with paid overtime opportunities available.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver mail and parcels across campus while enjoying the road and ensuring timely, accurate service. 
  • Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships with employees and teams. 

  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, follow chain-of-custody procedures, and complete paperwork with precision. 

  • Operate and maintain company vehicles safely, following all state laws and company safety standards. 

  • Support daily operations by responding to client requests, assisting teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed.

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of related work experience preferred

  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to work assigned hours. 

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently. 

  • Comfortable using MS Office, computer-based systems, and MFD/office equipment

  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, including routine checks such as tire changes, fuel, battery, lights, and general upkeep.

Physical Demands:

  • Approximately 50% of the time this position requires the below physical demands.
    • Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
    • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
    • Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
    • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
    • Physical and mental ability to operate a standard company motor vehicle.

Travel: Local travel required.
