Your Mission

Deliver with Clockwork Precision by completing all pickups and deliveries on time
Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and routing tools
Provide professional, reliable customer service at every stop
Adapt quickly to route changes, traffic, or delivery challenges
Represent NOW Courier with reliability and professionalism

Route Details

Local routes across Indiana
Home daily
Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible start times
Consistent, year round delivery volume
Mix of dock to dock and jobsite deliveries

Earning Potential

Commission based structure

Requirements

Professional Standards:

  • Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous delivery or driving experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and handle freight as needed
  • Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
  • Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process which includes a Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.
