Are you a therapist who enjoys working with a varied caseload - individuals, teens, adults, and couples? At Palo Alto Therapy, we're a therapist-owned practice with a collaborative, supportive culture, and we're looking for someone who's comfortable and enthusiastic about working across multiple populations.

Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can stay focused on what you do best: great clinical work. Clients are carefully matched to therapists based on clinical interest and fit - so you're working with people you're genuinely passionate about helping.

Requirements

  • Active California license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
  • Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required
  • Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred
  • Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)

Locations: Palo Alto, Menlo Park, San Jose, CA | In-person and hybrid options available
