Our outpatient office model allows you to schedule sessions with clients at times that suit both you and them. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with patients through weekly therapy sessions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and identify underlying mental health issues.
• Develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans that reflect individual circumstances and family dynamics.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when required, ensuring clients feel safe and heard.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adults, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and addiction. Your approach will focus on both individual therapy and systemic interventions to address family dynamics, ensuring holistic healing for all clients.

Qualifications

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.
• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Evidence of current knowledge in best practices for therapy modalities.

Preferred Experience

• Certifications in addiction therapy or significant experience in this field are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatments for drug addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
