Position Title: Secretary to the Principal - 12 Month - Office Clerk II SI (Posting Number 2627-3846)
Location: Dewitt Road Elementary
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Salary: Hourly wage will be determined at the time of employment and based on the current AEOP contract.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following attributes:
• Able to independently perform complex assignments; able to draft correspondence, reports and documents related to activities
• Renders good judgment in handling confidential material and information
• Demonstrates outstanding computer skills including a thorough knowledge of electronic mail, Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Infinite Campus
• Must possess excellent organizational skills, writing skills and communication skills
• Demonstrates ability to relate well with students, parents and staff
Responsibilities:

Preparing a variety of letters, forms, memos, and reports

Updating and maintaining records and files, handling dated information
-
Making arrangements for appointments and meetings
-
Creating and maintaining written correspondence
-
Greeting all visitors and answering incoming phone calls
