Job Title: Business Development / Sales Representative – Countertop & Stone Solutions

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire (Initial 2-Month Evaluation Period)

Location: Massachusetts / New England (Hybrid / Field-Based)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative / Business Development Professional to grow our countertop and stone fabrication business. This role is focused on building and expanding relationships with builders, general contractors, cabinet companies, kitchen remodelers, developers, designers, and related trade professionals.

This is a hands-on, field-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on networking, building partnerships, and creating new business opportunities within the residential and commercial construction ecosystem.

The initial 2 months will be on a contract basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position with base salary plus commission based on performance, pipeline generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with builders, contractors, cabinet companies, kitchen remodelers, developers, and trade partners
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct outreach through networking, site visits, referrals, trade partnerships, and prospecting
  • Present countertop, stone fabrication, and related capabilities to prospective customers and partners
  • Work closely with estimating and operations teams to support quoting and project execution
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term strategic partnerships
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity to ensure consistent pipeline growth
  • Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, job sites, and industry events

  • Prior experience in construction, countertops, cabinetry, kitchen remodeling, building materials, stone, or related B2B sales
  • Existing relationships within the builder, contractor, remodeler, or cabinet ecosystem is a strong plus
