Rocktops has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative to join our team. Sales Representatives actively engage customer prospects as well as service in-house accounts and leads. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability while consistently practicing our company CORE VALUES: Problem Solving, Work Ethic, and Positivity. Sales Representatives report directly to the Sales Manager.

Requirements
JOB DUTIES:
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads within 24 hours.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze workload potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with information regarding customer needs, problems, competition and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Held accountable for checks and balances established in the workplace.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Keep the showroom always looking presentable.
  • Be informed of the material we have in stock.
  • Follow policies and procedures set forth by the management team.
  • Attend mandatory bi-weekly sales team meetings.
  • Attend mandatory monthly staff meetings.
  • Attend mandatory quarterly review with the sales managers to review individual performance, goals, activity, upcoming jobs, and any concerns that you or the managers may have.
  • Participate and attend scheduled and/or encouraged Rocktops and vendor events.
