Job Responsibilities: Countertop Operator

  • P-lam and solid surface fabrication knowledge a must!
  • Fabrication and installation of solid surface and plastic laminate countertops.
  • Working with different machinery and tools to cut granite, quartz, stone, etc.
  • Using quality precision measuring equipment to ensure countertops are to size.
  • Keeps a clean, organized workspace.


Job Responsibilities: Countertop Installer

  • Travel to customer sites to take precise measurements for custom countertop fabrication.
  • Install granite, quartz, stone, and other solid surface countertops according to project specifications.
  • Ensure all installations are level, secure, and finished to quality expectations.
  • Communicate with project managers, customers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Follow safety procedures and uphold company quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience installing countertops or working with stone, solid surface, or millwork materials preferred.
  • Strong measurement, layout, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings or installation plans.
  • Comfortable working on-site in commercial environments.
  • Good communication with site superintendents and our team to ensure quality to our customers' specifications.
