Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused In-Home Sales Consultant to represent our countertop division through a national retail partner program. This role is responsible for meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, providing education on countertop options, and guiding customers through a transparent and consultative sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with retail partner members
  • Measure countertops and evaluate project scope
  • Educate homeowners on material options (quartz, porcelain, etc.)
  • Provide detailed written proposals
  • Clearly explain pricing, timeline, and installation process
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
  • Coordinate with internal operations team for next steps
  • Handle objections and negotiate when necessary
  • Follow up on pending opportunities
  • Maintain pipeline discipline in CRM
  • Represent the company and retail partner brand with professionalism at all times
  • Staff the showroom during assigned hours when not in the field
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and project guidance
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from Google, Yelp, company website, and industry partner platforms
  • Qualify incoming inquiries and schedule in-home consultations
  • Provide on-the-spot estimates for smaller projects when appropriate
  • Maintain showroom presentation standards and product displays
  • Ensure all showroom and online inquiries are properly logged and tracked in CRM
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales experience (home improvement preferred)
