Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise granite and marble installation crews on residential and commercial job sites
  • Oversee project timelines, craftsmanship quality, and adherence to safety standards
  • Serve as the on‑site point of contact between clients, project managers, and leadership
  • Train, mentor, and support installation team members to ensure consistent workmanship
  • Ensure proper handling, transportation, cutting, and installation of stone materials
  • Read and interpret plans, job specifications, templates, and measurements
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all job sites
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure efficient, high‑quality project completion


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in granite, marble, or stone installation
  • Previous team lead, crew lead, foreman, supervisory, or similar leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of countertop installation, stone fabrication, and finishing
  • Strong ability to read construction drawings, templates, and detailed measurements
  • High attention to detail and strong focus on quality craftsmanship
  • Professional, dependable, and capable of leading by example
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to perform physical work, lift stone materials, and work on active construction sites


Pay

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour


Schedule

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
