Job Description

Expert CI/SME Instructor (Operations)
Description:
  • Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course (AFCIOC) and Advanced Operations Seminar Instructor.
  • Consists of classroom and practical exercises that frequently exceed 8-hour days. This course requires work after hours and weekends and requires travel inside the NCR and within CONUS.

Job Requirements
Required experience:
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, instructing, supporting and/or providing legal oversight of OFCO.
  • The instructor is required to have expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Must have served as an OFCO case officer with experience conducting the full operational cycle, shall be able to sit or stand for up to two (2) hours at one time, and be able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.
  • Highly desired experience includes experience as an Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer.

Required education:
  • Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.
  • Must be a graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or a legacy training course offered by the Military Departments including Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC), the Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer's Course, or the Navy Counterespionage Operations Course.

Security Clearance:
  • Active TS security clearance and be eligible for SCI clearance with a poly or the ability to take one.
