Description: * Deputy Program Manager (DPM) shall report to and provide support to the PM. * The DPM shall assume all program management responsibilities and tasks in the absence of the PM but is predominantly focused on the tasks outlined below. * The DPM creates and manages processes that enable Mission Leads and other contract personnel to focus on daily operations. * The DPM is expected to spend 80% of his/her workweek collocated with the bulk of the CME Workforce. * The government customer requires the DPM to assume all administrative responsibilities and to alleviate such responsibilities from the Mission Leads. * DPM is required to maintain awareness of support requirements and leverage all available resources to remove distractions and impediments. * DPM is only required if exercised as a part of surge. * The following tasks will be performed in conjunction with the PM: * Human Resource Management and contract fill-rate * Hiring and termination processes * Management of nonoperational disciplinary issues * Onboarding and in-processing * Personnel Status (PERSTAT) reports * Schedule and task performance Oversight * Timekeeping and timecard approval * Administrative support to Mission Leads and contract workforce * Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products. * Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines. * Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates. * Excellent analytical skills. * Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent). Job Requirements Desired experiences : * Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with general understanding of GEOINT operations. * Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks. * Knowledge of and experience with Irregular Warfare concepts and operations. Education: * MA or MS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 6 years of management experience, including 6 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services; * BA/BS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years of management experience, including 6 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services. * Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent). Security Clearance: * Active TS/SCI and with the ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed. Location: * Fort Gordon, GA.
