Job description

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Lead to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Parts Counter Lead is to perform all parts counter functions, oversee parts counter staff and ensure customers are given the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Carryout all functions of the Parts Counter position.
  • Display a professional, positive and helpful attitude when helping customers with their needs whether it is in person at the dealership, via phone, e-mail or e-commerce.
  • Training is kept at a 90% completion or above. Must remain up to date on all product information.
  • Assist in the development and coaching of Parts Counter personnel on processes and product knowledge so that counter staff deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Communicates with Parts Management on identified issues or areas of improvement needed to enhance the customer experience at the Parts Counter.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Should possess a High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 years Parts Counter experience is required.
