Overview: As a counter staff member at our seafood market, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our retail counter. You will be responsible for assisting customers, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting seafood products.
    • Provide information about different types of seafood, their origin, and preparation methods.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Order Preparation:

    • Weigh, package, and label seafood products accurately according to customer requests.
    • Prepare seafood products for display, ensuring quality and freshness.
    • Handle special orders and ensure they are fulfilled accurately and timely.
  3. Maintaining Standards:

    • Ensure all seafood products are handled and stored properly to maintain freshness and meet food safety standards.
