Job description

Your Impact

At Axon, our mission is to protect life and accelerate the future of public safety. As the leader of our Majors Air sales organization, you will help define how agencies deploy the next generation of aerial response technology.
Axon is rapidly expanding its Drone as First Responder (DFR) platform and counter-drone aerial security ecosystem, enabling public safety agencies to deploy drones that autonomously launch, arrive on scene within minutes, and stream real-time intelligence directly to responding officers and command centers. By delivering immediate situational awareness before personnel arrive, these systems are transforming emergency response while reducing risk and improving outcomes.
The opportunity ahead is historic. Drone as First Responder represents what could be the most significant advancement in policing since the adoption of the patrol car- dramatically improving response times, increasing the ability to intercept suspects, enabling stronger case development, and improving safety for both officers and communities.
At the same time, counter-drone technology is rapidly becoming critical security infrastructure for modern communities. From protecting water systems and power plants to datacenters, stadiums, and public events, agencies are increasingly responsible for securing the low-altitude airspace above the infrastructure society depends on.
In this role, you will lead the sales organization responsible for scaling adoption of Axon's DFR network and counter-drone capabilities- technologies redefining both emergency response and airspace security. You'll work directly with public safety leaders, municipalities, and government agencies to design and implement next-generation aerial response programs, while serving as a key voice between our customers and product teams to shape the future of this rapidly evolving category.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in emerging markets, enjoys selling transformational technology, and wants to help build a category that will define the future of real-time public safety.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams including product, engineering, strategy, and operations to ensure customer feedback informs the product roadmap.
  • Drive measurable results within a metric-driven, high-growth organization.
