Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services using a diverse array of evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while prioritizing client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • A valid and unrestricted professional counseling license (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • At least two years of relevant clinical counseling experience is expected.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies to document care efficiently.
  • Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards regarding mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits
