• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic services using a diverse array of evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Deliver services to various groups, including individuals, couples, and families, enhancing their mental well-being and strengthening interpersonal relationships.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while prioritizing client confidentiality.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of clients' mental health and wellbeing.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research and practices; actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Our client base typically consists of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships issues, and substance misuse. You will work with clients from different backgrounds, often providing services to those who may have limited access to mental health care, which poses unique challenges and rewards.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted professional counseling license (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of relevant clinical counseling experience is expected.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies to document care efficiently.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards regarding mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for developing rapport with diverse clientele and fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Specialized knowledge or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling will be highly regarded.
• Experience working in community health settings is advantageous for understanding the unique dynamics of our client population.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
