Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement creative treatment plans for daily living activities
  2. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training
  3. Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques
  4. Monitor and document patient progress
  5. Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment


Qualifications:

  1. Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
  2. Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant ( COTA ) certification in the state of Alabama
  3. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
  5. Creativity in adapting activities to patient needs
