Job description

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the collaboration of paperwork between production and sales teams.
  • Ensure product selection sheets are appropriately distributed to sales team
  • Oversee reporting processes for division office and vendor personnel
  • Review and update quantities, bids and lumber costs into our costing system

Qualifications
  • Work effectively and independently in a professional environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and database systems
  • Demonstrated customer relations skills
  • Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize to meet deadlines
